# Run a Saved Report Within Report Builder

Saved reports can also be run directly in Report Builder. Check below for the instructions.

1. Navigate to **Reports** > **Report Builder** menu.
2. Go to the SAVED REPORT DESCRIPTIONS section and search for the report name that you want to produce. Look for your report depending on which[ scope it was saved](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/generating-reports/workflows/build-a-report/step-5-save-report.md).

3. Click the **LOAD REPORT**. This will load the report and all its columns, filters and conditions.
4. With the selected saved report loaded, go to the FORMAT REPORT section, select your output format type, e.g. CSV and click the **PRODUCE REPORT** button

The report will be generated based on the output format type that you have selected.
