This is an automated confirmation email that applicants receive once they've completed and signed the application forms, verifying the successful submission of their application.

To edit this template, go to Providers > Search Content, choose Template as the Category, and click SEARCH. For detailed instructions on searching email templates in the system, please refer to the workflow here.

The template name you need to edit and the available merge fields for customisation are as follows:

  • Data Resource Number - APPLICATION_SUCCESS

  • Data Resource Name - Application Success

  • Available Merge Fields:

    • {applicant_firstName}

    • {applicant_lastName}
