Student Portal: Course

Overview

The Student Portal Course menu under the main Student menu contains the Course Enrolment information of the students. On the page, the students can view their Academic Summary as they progress into their studies. The names of the student's advisors, reviewers, and examiners are also included on this page. Another notable feature on this page is the Graduation details that the student can view.

Course Details

Depending on what Course Enrolment fields you want to be enabled for the students to view related to their Course Enrolment in your business or institution - the fields made visible are displayed under this section. By design and by default, the students can view their interview information as part of their course application, their English scores as part of their application requirements, their funding or fee type, visa type, etc.

Course Enrolment Academic Summary

Under the Course Enrolment section, the students can also view their academic summary as they progress in their studies. Their credit points earned, currently enrolled, GPA, Weighted GPA, Weighted Average Mark

Associated File Attachments

These are file attachments that you have attached to the Student's Course Enrolment Record and that you made available for the student to also view. Refer to the workflow on how to attach a File under the Student Course Enrolment Record in Paradigm.

Advisors | Reviewers | Examiners

These are the sections where the students can see the names of their assigned advisors, reviewers, or examiners. The names will only appear here if you have associated the Student's Course Enrolment Record with any of the roles the student has been required to have in their study, see Advisor Reports | Student Review | Course Examiners
