## File Attachments Section

**NOTE**:

The attachment items in this section depend on the selected required and optional attachments you have set for each Course via the Base Course record, *see*[ Preparing the Base Course](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/student-enrolments/online-applicant-portal/configuring-the-applicant-portal/preparing-the-base-course.md). The label IDs for items in the attachment fields can be modified through the '[**Edit Labels**](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/system-configuration/workflows/edit-field-labels.md)' menu, and you can find the list of default field IDs below.

If you wish to hide a specific attachment item, search the Code Type ID: `CONTENT_CAT_COURSE` and hide the item accordingly, *see* [Edit Code Items](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/system-configuration/workflows/edit-code-items.md).
