Add a Login Credential for the Agent

  1. Search for the Agent record for which you wish to create a login.

  2. After opening the Agent record on the Agent Edit screen, go to the ASSOCIATED CONTACTS section.

  1. Click the ADD NEW CONTACT button.

  2. Complete the necessary fields, as shown in the screenshot below where they are marked in red.

  1. To save the contact login for the agent, just click the SAVE CONTACT button.

  2. Once you've saved the agent's contact login, navigate to Edit Agent Person > Edit Login menus on the side then follow these steps to enable or set up the agent login credentials:

    1. Make sure that the ASSIGNED SECURITY FOR USER LOGIN section is set to SALESAGENT as the security group.

    2. In the ACTIVATE USER LOGIN section, click the ENABLE USER LOGIN button.

    3. In the CHANGE PASSWORD section, set the agent's contact password accordingly.

    4. Make sure that the RESET ON NEXT LOGIN checkbox is checked. Put a checkmark on it and click the SET button to save the configuration.
