Notification of Results

Download via the Student Summary

1. Load the Student record, see Search a Student record.

2. With the Student record loaded, under the STUDENT DETAILS section - click the ACTIONS button and select the Print Results Slip option.

3. This will generate a PDF copy of the Student's results.

Create a Single Communication Event and Send

Refer to the Send Individual Communication with Paradigm Letter Reports Attachment workflow for the details of the instruction.

1. With the Student record loaded in the system, navigate to Reports > Letters menus on the side, find the NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS section, and click the GET REPORT button.

2. Take note of the following fields required to generate the report successfully and click the CREATE SINGLE COMMUNICATION EVENT AND SEND button.

1. In the COMMUNICATION DETAILS section, edit or add the required email fields and body and click the SAVE AND SEND button.

Send Notifications of Results in Bulk

Refer to the Bulk Communications with Paradigm Reports/Letters workflow for the details. Please take note of the following requirements when sending Notifications of Results in bulk:

• The bulk list creation of students' workflow that you choose should include the (Student Number and Course Enrolment Id) columns

• When generating the report in bulk, make sure that the following fields are filled out:

  • Select the required Course Enrolment Status option(s) from the field (hold Control and click to select multiple options)

  • Select the required Unit Enrolment Status option(s) from the field (hold Control and click to select multiple options)

  • Enter the Unit Enrolment Start and End Date using the date picker
