Error: Unit is set to Read-Only

This error occurs when you try to edit a Base Unit record that is set as a Read-Only record or has been disabled for editing by one of the FULL ADMIN users of Paradigm.

Resolution

If you are not a FULL ADMIN user of Paradigm in your business or institution, contact your Paradigm Administrators to edit what is required on the Base Unit record.

For all administrators of Paradigm, to unlock the record, load the Base Unit record and remove the checkmark in the Read Only field of the record and click the SAVE UNIT button. If the field is hidden or missing, click the Show Hidden Fields menu on the upper right corner of the screen. You also have the option to make the field visible by editing the Form Field ID called "unit_readOnly", see Edit Form Fields.
