Issue: Cannot see the Main Provider in the Parent Reporting Provider field

This happens when trying to create a new provider record and trying to associate the new Provider record with the Main Provider for government reporting

Resolution

Check your Main Provider record, see Search for a Provider Record and make sure that the roles "HEIMS Higher Education Provider" or "TCSI PIR Provider" exist.
