Email 4: Course Enrolment Offer Accepted

This automated email is sent to applicants immediately after they've accepted the terms upon reviewing the offer. It includes their official Student Account's Username and Password for the Student Portal.

To edit this template, go to Providers > Search Content, choose Template as the Category, and click SEARCH. For detailed instructions on searching email templates in the system, please refer to the workflow here.

The template name you need to edit and the available merge fields for customisation are as follows:

  • Data Resource Number - EMAIL_OFFER_ACCEPTED

  • Data Resource Name - Course Enrolment Offer Accepted
