Can I allow applicants to select interview sessions without being charged?

A recent update on the Applicant Portal has now the ability to optionally set applications to free, by setting the application fee (scheduled unit fee) amount to $0. This will bypass the credit card payment section of the application process, and take the applicant straight to the session selection screen.
