Bulk Delete Unit Enrolments in TCSI by Scheduled Unit

BE ADVISED:

This workflow should only be performed after carefully considering the circumstances of all students enrolled in the Scheduled Unit. Ensure that it is safe, feasible, and necessary to delete the Unit Enrolments from TCSI, and that doing so will not violate TCSI reporting requirements.

1. Load the Scheduled Unit containing the Unit Enrolments you want to delete from TCSI, see Search a Scheduled Unit.

2. Once the Scheduled Unit record is loaded, navigate to the RELATED UNIT ENROLMENTS section and click the VIEW UNIT ENROLMENTS button.

3. Select the enrolments you want to delete from TCSI, or click the header checkbox to select all records.

4. Click the DELETE UNIT ENROLMENTS FROM TCSI button.

This action will delete the Unit Enrolment records from TCSI and lock the enrolment records in Paradigm.
