Student Request Kanban Board

The Kanban Board is specifically structured to present Customer or Student Requests in a manner that simplifies the prioritisation of your actions. When using the board, you have the option to apply three types of filters for viewing:

  1. Status: Allows you to focus on requests with specific statuses.

  2. Customer Request Category: Categorises requests based on their nature.

  3. Manager: Enables you to identify requests assigned to particular managers, staff, or contacts.

To assist you in setting your priorities, please take note of the following legends:

  • RED - Requests demanding immediate attention within two days.

  • ORANGE - Requests requiring action within a week.

  • YELLOW - Requests with a deadline of two weeks.

Workflow

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard menu.

  2. Go to the REQUEST LIST section and click the KANBAN BOARD button.
