Issue: Student Names are missing from the Class List

This happens when a tutor | staff | lecturer tries to record the class attendance. On the screen where they can record the attendance, other information is present except for the columns of the Students' Details, e.g. First and Last Names.

Resolution

  1. Check the Staff Contact record in Paradigm, see Search a Contact record for any duplicate record. If there are duplicates, set the status of the other record that is not meant to be active as "Archived" (Contacts > Edit Details under the OTHER DETAILS section) and SAVE CONTACT.

If this is not the case, raise a HelpDesk ticket.
