Paradigm Error Resolution

This error might happen if a student record has no UID yet. To resolve this error, refer to the instructions below:

1. Load the student details in Paradigm, see Student - Edit Details.

2. Click the SAVE STUDENT button - this will try to submit the student record to TCSI.

3. Resubmit affected course and unit enrolment records by loading and saving each record.
