TCSI Validation Error: Missing Basis of Admission
Encountering a TCSI validation error related to a missing Basis of Admission in the Student Summary screen? You can find step-by-step instructions below to help you resolve this issue.
Click the blue hyperlinked Course Enrolment with the missing basis of admission as shown in the VALIDATION ERRORS section.
This will load the TCSI Edit screen of the student's Course Enrolment. Navigate to the COURSE ENROLMENT: ADMISSION section and click the NEW BASIS FOR ADMISSION RECORD button.
Select the correct E327 - Basis of Admission option and click the SAVE DETAILS button.
When you click "SAVE DETAILS," it will submit the E327 value to TCSI. Ensure that it returns a UID and a "VALID" status; otherwise, review any error messages that appear and take the necessary actions until the status becomes valid.
