Issue: Fees are missing/showing 0.00 when printing Statement of Fees

This issue happens when printing Statement of Fees. The Tuition Fee column is showing 0.00.

Resolution

This issue would occur if the Unit Enrolments were created before the Fee Rules were added. To resolve this issue: Edit each Unit Enrolment record and update and save the Unit Fee. Refer to the following workflows:

• Edit Per Unit Enrolment Record

• Bulk Edit Unit Enrolment Record
