Add Course Fees to a Course Enrolment Record

Overview

If you plan to add just Course Fees or Course Fees on top of the planned Course Fees of the student, you can add the course fee items to the Course Enrolment record in Paradigm. After you have added the Course Fee Units in the system - base units and scheduled them (see Add a Course Fee Unit Type), you can now add them as course fees to the Students' Course Enrolment records where applicable.

Workflow

  1. Load the Student Course Enrolment Record where the Course Fee is applicable.

  2. With the Course Enrolment record loaded, navigate to Student > Course Enrolment > Units Edit menus on the side and go to the QUICK ADD COURSE FEES section.

  3. Enter the Course Fee Id or Course Fee Name if you have them or just click the SEARCH COURSE FEES button to display all the course fee type units available in the system

  1. After searching, you have the option to further narrow down your search by typing a keyword in the search box. Select the course fees you want to add and click the ADD COURSE FEES button.

  1. If successful, the course fee units you just added are now displayed in the above section under the FEE UNITS ENROLLED BY STUDENT.

You have the option to edit each course fee item as required.
