# Issue: Column or Field missing when running a Save Report

This happens when trying to run a saved report via the **Report Builder** menu in Paradigm.

## Resolution

[Raise a HelpDesk ticket](https://silverband.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals) so we can further investigate the issue. Specify in your ticket the exact name of the Saved Report that you are having an issue generating. Also, include the missing column or fields.
