MyEquals Integration

Paradigm has enhanced capabilities for integration with MyEquals through your specified report configurations. Please note that the workflow provided below serves as an illustrative example of MyEquals integration with the academic reports in Paradigm, with the actual workflow being the same. We recommend initiating discussions with our Development Team before making any other reports integration requests to ensure a smooth implementation on your site.

NOTE:

Please check if the Form Field ID 'reportGenerator_myEquals_export' is enabled on your site before following the workflow below.

Student Academic Reports

1. Generate a bulk list of Course Enrolments.

2. Navigate to the Reports > Student menu. Find the academic report that you want and click the GET REPORT button.

   Currently, the following academic report names are available for MyEquals integration:

   • Student Academic Testamur

   • Student Academic Transcript

   • Student Academic Transcript AHEGS

3. In the report parameter section, fill out the necessary field and click the GENERATE REPORT FOR BULK LIST button.

4. Wait for the progress bar to complete. Once the report has been successfully generated, proceed by clicking the EXPORT FOR MYEQUALS button.

1. Another progress bar will appear, culminating in two downloadable links [zipped folder]:

   • - generated copy of the reports with the CSV file

   • - generated copy of the reports

Steps 2-5 will need to be repeated for each academic report type.

Demo Workflow

In the demonstration workflow outlined below:

• Step 1: Bulk generation of Course Enrolment records is performed through the Search Course menu.

• Step 2: The sample report generated with MyEquals integration is the Student Academic Transcript.
