# PIR Course Admissions Report

## Reporting Scope and File Structure <a href="#reporting-scope-and-file-structure" id="reporting-scope-and-file-structure"></a>

## Workflow <a href="#workflow" id="workflow"></a>

You have the following options for running this report in Paradigm:

* [Build a Report](https://docs.silverband.com.au/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/generating-reports/workflows/build-a-report) in Report Builder using the Base Report called "**PIR TCSI Course Admission View Details**" - This is recommended if you want to build the report from scratch.
* [Load the Saved Report](https://docs.silverband.com.au/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/generating-reports/workflows/build-a-report/step-1-select-a-base-report) in Report Builder using the Saved Report called "**3.1\_PIR-Course-admissions-v1.4**" - This is recommended if you check the latest PIR requirements and edit the report accordingly.
* Generate the report via **Reports** > **TEQSA** menus on the side, and run the report section 3.1\_PIR-COURSE-ADMISSIONS-V1.4. - We recommend running this report once we've confirmed that the reports have been edited to comply with the latest PIR requirements. 1. Choose **Reports** > **TEQSA** menus on the side.
2. Find the **PIR Course Admissions** Report, and click the **GET REPORT** button.

The test Course Admissions file report can also be generated via the 3.1\_PIR-COURSE-ADMISSIONS-V1.4\_TEST section. The test report presents the last column of errors of any missing fields.

3. Fill out the fields by referring to the following screenshot.

4. Click the **PRODUCE REPORT** button. The Report Data displays the Courses Admissions with all the Sub-Packets found for the Reporting Year.
