Issue: When uploading Student Files - nothing happens

This happens when trying to attach or upload a Student File in Paradigm.

adding an Assessment Result File but nothing happens - no new attachment record created

Resolution

This issue has something to do with attaching a large file that is higher compared to the default allowable file size for your site. Raise a HelpDesk ticket so we can further investigate the issue and modify the maximum allowed file size on your site accordingly.
