# Step 1 - Choose an Existing Import Profile

This page contains instructions on the first step of using an existing Import Profile using the Import Wizard

1. Choose **System** > **Import Wizard** menus on the side. On the **LIST** section, select the **Import Profile Id** that you want to use.
2. Click the **LOAD PROFILE** button.

After clicking the **LOAD PROFILE** button, it will auto-populate the fields, settings or information you’ve set in your last import. In the same section of the page, you will be given the option to select the previous Import run error logs and actions to either **DOWNLOAD ERROR FILES** or **LOAD ERROR LOG**. If required, you can also perform the **DELETE PROFILE** action to permanently remove the saved Import Profile.

3. Go to the next LIST section below. Select either of these two buttons or options:
   * The **LOAD LAST IMPORT RUN** will let you load all the data, information, field mappings, settings, and technically everything that you’ve set in your last import activity. This is very useful if you want to correct or change some of the details you’ve set from your previous run.
   * The **UPLOAD FILE** button will let you upload a new data source file and use the same format and structure as your selected import profile.

{% hint style="info" %}
**NOTE**:

If you choose to upload a new file, all fields in the source file must be in the (exact) same order (correctly structured: headers are consistent) as your last imported data source using the selected Import Profile

4. After selecting either the **LOAD LAST IMPORT RUN** or the **UPLOAD FILE** button, it will load the [next page](https://app.gitbook.com/o/sKrEpOcwixBOaKMqV0Bh/s/C21t2SaV2eKaLxvtR27D/~/changes/FWSjdOwVTULEklwQrSgO/importing-data/workflows/import-wizard/load-an-existing-import-profile/step-2-check-the-source-data-fields-and-paradigm-fields-mapping) of running the Import Profile
