The Kanban Board is specifically structured to present Customer or Student Requests in a manner that simplifies the prioritisation of your actions. When using the board, you have the option to apply three types of filters for viewing:
Status: Allows you to focus on requests with specific statuses.
Customer Request Category: Categorises requests based on their nature.
Manager: Enables you to identify requests assigned to particular managers, staff, or contacts.
To assist you in setting your priorities, please take note of the following legends:
RED - Requests demanding immediate attention within two days.
ORANGE - Requests requiring action within a week.
YELLOW - Requests with a deadline of two weeks.
Navigate to the Dashboard menu.
Go to the REQUEST LIST section and click the KANBAN BOARD button.
Filter your view accordingly.
