Using the Template and Importing Guide

1. Fill out the template accordingly. Take note of the LEGEND on which column headings are required and check the comment section for more details or any data-entry recommendations.

2. It is also recommended that you read the Scheduled Units and the Scheduled Unit Record Type knowledge base to understand how this data sits in Paradigm.

3. After you have completed filling out the template, it is important to note that the file MUST be converted into a CSV file [CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv) format] first before you can proceed to import the data.

4. If you are not familiar with the Import Wizard menu yet, it is recommended that you read through our knowledge base page on Import Wizard.

5. When doing the import, the Object to choose should be the ScheduledUnit.

NOTE:

The Sample Data headings are designed to be the same as the Paradigm Field data column headings. Map them accordingly. Only map the required columns and all the other columns that you have data available.

1. In the EXISTING RECORD SEARCH section of the Import Wizard, you can set the scheduled_unit_id field to avoid duplicates in the future when editing or updating existing Scheduled Unit records (of course editing or updating can only be possible given that there are no existing Unit Enrolments yet).
