This page will provide you with the fields related to adding Scheduled Fees to Scheduled Units in Paradigm

EDIT FEE

The following are the fields available when adding a Scheduled Fee to Scheduled Units in Paradigm.

Field Name

Brief Overview

Unit Scheduled Id

System allocated number for a Scheduled Unit record in the system

Course Id

Shows the list of active Courses or Programs recorded in the system. To select a Course or Program where the Scheduled Unit Fee Amount to be added is applicable click the dropdown menu and select accordingly.

Sequence Number

The Scheduled Fee display sequence number

Fee Description

Choose between the following Fee Description:

  • Standard

  • International

This field is applicable if you have set a different Fee Amount for Standard/Domestic and International students. Refer to the following fields: Standard Unit Fee and International Unit Fee in the Base Course record.

Fee

The dollar amount to be charged for this Unit of Study (Scheduled Unit). Data Entry Note: Only enter the actual amount, no need to enter the $ sign.

Admin Fee

An additional administration fee that is not a part of the unit fee can also be charged to the student.

Delivery Fee

An additional fee that is not a part of the unit fee, but is an additional fee related to the delivery of the content of the unit. How much it costs to deliver the Unit?

Funding Amount

The funding amount for HELP students. If this field is set and true to a Unit Enrolment record, this will set the value of the Funding Amount field.

State Funding Amount

If you have Units/Students that are eligible for a State Funding Amount - you can add a value on this field

Invoice Fee Code

Which subgroup within the institution is responsible for the delivery of this unit and therefore is allocated the Fees

Credit Points

The Credit Points of the Unit where you want the Scheduled Fee to apply

EFTSL Value

The aggregated EFTSL value for a course of study where you want the Scheduled Fee to apply
