Security Group Permissions

It is important to note that the availability of the functionalities listed under each Security Group may vary based on the configuration of your site. This can be influenced by factors such as the side menu configuration, sections, buttons, and forms made visible or editable, read-only records, and permission-level view for reports and attachments, see below for the related workflows.

Public Permissions

The Public permission level for a user in Paradigm indicates the level of access they have, equivalent to what an unauthenticated user would see. This includes the login screens and the Online Application Portal registration screen.

NOTE:

Access to Reports and File Attachments in Paradigm is determined by the Permission Level set for each user. Only users with appropriate permissions can view or access these records, e.g. Student Files, Report Builder - Save Report
