Data | The content or the body of the email template, if adding an email template. Note that you can use the Available Email Merge Fields here if adding email templates |
Status | Set this field to Published if the intention is for the data template to be used, else, use the other statuses otherwise |
Permission Level | The lowest Permission Level/Security Group/Access Level who are allowed to use or access the template |
Template Name | You can set this field the same as the Data Resource Name field |
