# Data Resource Fields

| Category                       | The selected **Category** for the Data Resource. If adding a new data resource, select a category. Note that the items on this field can be edited/customised/added under the **Code Type Id** of `CONTENT_CATEGORY` *see* [Edit Code Items](/home/paradigm-knowledge-base/system-configuration/workflows/edit-code-items.md)                                                                                                       |

| Data Resource Name             | The name of the Data Resource. | Status                         | Set this field to **Published** if the intention is for the data template to be used, else, use the other statuses otherwise                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        |
| Permission Level               | The lowest Permission Level/Security Group/Access Level who are allowed to use or access the template                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               |
| Template Name                  | You can set this field the same as the **Data Resource Name** field                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 |
