Student Audit Timeline

To obtain a summary of changes made to each record type within a student record over time, the 'Student Audit Timeline' menu can be utilised. The various record types associated with a student record within the system include Course Enrollment, Unit Enrollment, Assessment Results, and more. By filtering the timeline by record type, users can easily review relevant activity throughout the student's record lifecycle.
Load the student's record in which you want to check the audit timeline and navigate to Student > Student Details > Student Audit Timeline menu on the side.
Below are some of the features available on the page that you may find helpful:
The list in the 'Filter By' section is determined by record types that have been utilised in the student's record. An example of this is the 'Unit Enrolment' filter, which will only appear if a student has been enrolled on units.
When accessing the audit timeline screen without selecting any filters, the system displays all changes associated with the student's record in chronological order from the most recent to the initial log. To view additional changes, users may click the 'LOAD MORE' button located at the bottom of the page.
The audit timeline displays each item with the following details:
The number of days when it was last changed
The format for each record type changed varies:
Person - Student Number - Student Full Name
EduProgramEnrolment - Course Enrolment Start Date - Course Code
EduUnitEnrolment - Unit Enrolment Start Date - Unit Name
EdutAssessmentResult - Unit Code - Unit Name - Unit Enrolment Start Date
The logged-in user who made the change
The date and time when the change was made
The field name of the record type that was changed
The original value of the field
The changed value of the field
