Course Enrolments TCSI Sub-Packets
Using the Template and Importing Guide
Fill out the template accordingly. Download the template below depending on which packet you want to bulk import. Take note of the LEGEND on which column headings are required and check the comment section for more details or any data-entry recommendations.
It is also recommended that you read the Course Enrolments: Student TCSI Edit knowledge base to understand how this data sits in Paradigm.
After you have completed filling out the template, it is important to note that the file MUST be converted into a CSV file [CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv) format] first before you can proceed to import the data.
If you are not familiar with the Import Wizard menu yet, it is recommended that you read through our knowledge base page on Import Wizard.
When doing the import, the Object to choose should be
EntityExtraValues.
Each packet to import needs the correct Role Type ID. Refer to the following list of role type IDs in the system for each Course Enrolment subpacket:

The Object to choose must be the EntityExtraValues with the following fields mapped:
For the EXISTING RECORD SEARCH section, you can set the conditions this way if both of the fields in the screenshot are available, otherwise, use the student_number and edu_program_id:

Refer to the same instructions as above. When mapping the column fields, make sure to map the dest_E358 and dest_E609 fields accordingly and the role_type_id.
