This page will provide you with instructions on how to delete a Scheduled Unit in Paradigm

WARNING:

Deleting a Scheduled Unit in Paradigm following the instructions below will permanently remove the record from Paradigm.

Notes before deleting a Scheduled Unit

• Prior to deleting a Scheduled Unit, it is essential to ensure that all enrolments within the Scheduled Unit have been successfully removed or deleted. In the presence of any existing enrolments, the system will prohibit the deletion of the unit.

• Moreover, if the Scheduled Unit is associated with sessions or other relevant records such as Assessments, File Attachments, and Fees, Paradigm might generate an error prompt. This prompt will advise you to first delete the associated records (e.g. all sessions) before proceeding with the complete deletion of the Scheduled Unit.

Workflow

1. Search for the Scheduled Unit record that you want to delete, see Search a Scheduled Unit.

2. Once the scheduled unit to be deleted is loaded, scroll down from the EDIT SCHEDULED UNIT DETAILS Form section and click the DELETE SCHEDULED UNIT button.

1. A confirmation window will appear, select YES to confirm your action.
