As a user of Paradigm tasked with managing student requests, it's essential to know where to find and handle these requests efficiently. This guide is designed to clarify the locations within the system where you can access the specific requests you need to address. Whether you're handling customer inquiries or student requests, refer to the following instructions to streamline your workflow and ensure timely responses.
The requests visible on this screen are directly created by the students. To view requests specifically created by a certain student, load the student record and access the Student > Summary screen. Within the 'STUDENT REQUEST LIST' section, you'll find a list of all the requests they've initiated.
The requests visible on this screen are requests assigned to the contact. To view requests assigned to a contact or user - as one of the request managers of Paradigm, search for the contact record and access the Contact > Edit Details screen. Within the 'ACTIVE CUSTOMER REQUESTS MADE' section, you'll find a list of all the requests assigned to that contact or user.
Requests assigned for the currently logged-in user. If you're among the users of Paradigm responsible for managing student requests, simply access your Dashboard menu to view the list of requests specifically assigned to you in the REQUEST LIST section.
All requests associated with the logged-in user that is current (status id).
